At Perfume Box, we want you to find your perfect signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused fragrances within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack With Care

  Securely place the fragrance in its original designer packaging and box it with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the product remains sealed and unused, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
